The thought of the dead rising is what brings nightmares and strange visions to some but just imagine this being done in this modern time and era. It would surely change the scope of how most view things forever. The Undead Necropolis sees both ways this could be done...
1 way is through the more scientific Frankenstein type of method, and the other is through a more ancient and spiritual type of way. Some would argue their is more cons with reanimating the dead through the first method I've described but whichever and however this act is done they should understand the consequences.
